You are eligible for a refund if:
- The service has not been delivered within the agreed timeframe
- The delivered service is significantly different from what was agreed upon
After 30 days from the purchase date, refunds cannot be issued.
2. Non-Refundable Situations

- The video ad has been fully delivered and approved
- The client fails to provide required information or delays communication
- Change of mind after project completion
- Dissatisfaction based on ad performance (we do not guarantee specific sales or results)
